Melinda Meinda S Walden started Fox Realty Services, LLC January 1, 2011 but was doing tenant placement since May, 2009  so I started Fox Realty Services, LLC but I had already had God's Blessings Cleaning Services since July, 2006 and we are going strong to this day so this is some history on our company. 

As a tenant of Fox Realty Services, LLC you are guaranteed a number of things. First that you are now renting from a property manager who actually cares about its tenants. We are steadily improving our process and procedures to benefit you. At Fox Realty Services, LLC we fully realize that this is a mutually beneficial partnership. It serves no purpose for us to have homes ready to move in, and no tenants.

We have a full maintenance staff, qualified, equipped, and ready to serve you. Most Fox Realty Services, LLC homes have recently been renovated, so in many cases, only very minor issues arise. We pride ourselves on not placing every property presented to us under our management. This way, we maintain a standard of living you come to expect when you rent a FOX REALTY SERVICES, LLC property. If you haven't already completed the rental application, please do so now. Regardless of past mistakes, boldly complete each page. We do run a credit check on each applicant, which is the reason the fee, is $40.00 per person over 18 yrs of age; however we don't base our decision of approval on its results.

Send a fully completed with a copy of a application and state issued photo ID and a recent pay stubs from your employer. If you receive medical assistance or are on Section 8, MBQ or any other programs, send copies of that documentation. Once we have received all these forms, a tenant placement specialist will contact you, and schedule a time to show you available properties.
