Requirements for Renting Commerical Space

1. Need state issued photo ID

2. Need social security number or Tax ID

3. 6 months of bank statements,

4. Last year tax return or 2 months of paystubs in the current year

5. Must have last month rent, security deposit and 1st month month rent
