No need to spend time filing notices, sitting in court for hours or dealing with tenants; WE DO THE WORK FOR YOU!

No monthly subscription fees or forced packages,
we do as much or as little as you’d like.

  • Failure to Pay (FTP)  [Fee includes filling all paper work and one (1) court appearance per case - You will be notifed via email of the court date & again notified informing you of the outcome]
• File Warrant of Restitution (Eviction Notice) [Official tenant notification of initial judgment]
• Eviction Scheduling  [Schedule eviction date with Sherriff, notify tenant of date via mail and property posting]
• Regain possession of Property [Meet sheriff, complete final paper work, regain legal possession of the property, change locks, take photos & document property condition]

1. Basic Eviction-$150.00

Eviction with lock change-$250

2. Evicton with board up of windowns, lock change-$500

3. Eviciton with lock change, boarding windows and cleaning services-$1000 or more

Prices may change based on job per house, per room or per apartment.

All prices includes filing paperwork, parking, gas, going to rent court and being there when the sherriff comes for the eviction.  And we can do wage ganishments too is a little extra charge with fee.
